I’m a therapist, teacher and creator of SandDreaming™, a symbolic, somatic practice that invites women to reconnect with themselves in community through sand, symbol and the wisdom of the body.
I hold deeply restorative spaces for midlife women seeking meaning, nervous system healing and authentic community as they step into the next chapter of who they are becoming.

Join Our Transformational Masterclass
Sandplay, Somatics and Soul is a live masterclass exploring the vital role of soul work in times of personal and collective challenge. Together we will explore how anxiety, uncertainty, grief and transition can be understood not simply as problems to solve, but as initiatory thresholds that reshape us from within.
Initiation calls us to the depths, inviting us to understand the power of descent, cultivate the inner skills required to move through dark passages and learn to distinguish between the constructed self and the deeper currents of soul. Through this process, we are gradually returned to ourselves in greater alignment and to a renewed sense of belonging with others and the living world.
Drawing on somatic and depth psychology, this masterclass offers a symbolic and embodied pathway for moving through long dark nights and sacred turning points. It is a space for reflection, meaning-making and gentle reorientation toward what is essential as we move together through these times.
